DELIVERY POLICY

Tickets can me picked up at the box office at any time during standard box office hours and one hour before every performance. Standard box office hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS
There are no refunds on reserved tickets. Tickets may be exchanged up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled performance.

SPECIAL SERVICES

We are committed to serving all our patrons and can make special arrangements for specified productions to be signed for the hearing impaired, and provide audio description for those whose sight is impaired. Listening enhancement devices are also available from our box office on performance dates. Wheelchair seating is available for all Mainstage productions and in most cases, can be arranged for Arena productions. Patrons requiring any of these services must notify the theatre at least one week in advance of the performance they wish to attend.

PRIVACY POLICY

At The Players Guild Theatre, we respect your right to privacy and your requirements to control personal information. "Personal information" includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information. The Players Guild Theatre does not sell, rent, swap or otherwise disclose any personal information. The intent of this Privacy Statement is to inform users of how our internet site collects, stores and uses personal information submitted via the site.

Collection of Information:
No software or hardware techniques are employed to capture a visitor's e-mail address without their knowledge. Certain applications on the Players Guild Theatre website may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to make an e-commerce transaction or to subscribe to a newsletter. Such personal information is not shared or sold to third parties. To better enable us to service our patrons, the web site may be used as a survey tool to request demographic information. Entry of such information is optional and if you choose not to enter such information, you can successfully use these applications. If you make a purchase on-line, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our Web Server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.
