I understand that the student ticket price is $12 and that our school will receive one free chaperone ticket for every 15 student tickets. Additional chaperone tickets will cost $12 each. Refunds will be issued for calamity days only. I acknowledge that, by submitting this contract, the attending group understands that they may not lower the number of people attending or cancel the reservation. To allow as many schools to attend this performance as possible, the amount of tickets may not be adjusted upon execution of this contract. If the attending school needs additional tickets, we will try to accommodate you if the performance is not already sold out. After you e-sign and submit this contract, an invoice will be mailed to you for submission the appropriate person for payment.
By e-signing this contract, you authorize the Players Guild Theatre to reserve the indicated quantity of seats and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
